• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night and per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our continental or buffet breakfasts are not included, we would be glad to prepare it for you.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has one floor, 2 in the new building, and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is different but all are private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have,.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are normally non smoking. The restaurant is non smoking too.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is and we have some international channels as well.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is, in all rooms and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a small Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is, and it is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Salon.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are, in the city centre of Salon ( 3 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes there are, and there are only at 10 minutes from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Marseille Provence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We work with a taxi company regularly but do not run on our own a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We are located on the hill of Val de Cuech and there are no bus passing nearby.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Salon de Provence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are, free of charge (yet we are sorry we can not except them in the restaurant).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have a hot spot at the reception floor where guests can connect their laptop if they have a WiFi card.
