• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can, 24h a day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a lift ( until the 3rd floor) and we have 4 floors. If you have problems to climb up the stairs, please tell us at the reservation.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have 2 rooms on the 4th floor that are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the whole 3rd floor is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, in every rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a business center at the reception (with charge).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a secured garage (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the train station or just behind the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Mérignac Airport (20kms).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at the train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Bordeaux Saint Jean station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a Wifi access everywhere in the hotel.
