Our gastronomic restaurant is managed by Christelle LEROY, our chief. She will enjoyed to share her passion with you: the cooking. A large offer of menu or courses will delight you, for example : foie gras with a marmelade of rawberries and shallots, fried scallops with almonds served with a juice of coconut and carrots and orange, breast of guinea-fowl with Champagne sauce, hot chocolate cake with fresh fuits and custard cream... To accomodate your menu you have a large choice of wines from different regions like Alsace, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Côtes du Rhône...and Champagne. |
 And if you want to meet the producers of the Champagne that you have drunk, Laurence FERY will enjoy organizing your visit to places where you can bought some Champagne! Also we can organize a tour in Champagne and in Alsace. If you want to visit something special, she can help you to find how to do in fonction of your feeling. The indoor swimming pool will insure you can have a swim and relax at any time of the year. We also have a meeting room and equipment (paper board, screen, overhead projector, television and video recorder) for your seminars. |

Romilly Sur Seine...
Romilly is a small town in Champagne district. There are some shops in the center and nearby there is a commercial center where you can find a large range of products. Once a year, Romilly invites a foreign country like Belgium, Scotland...or some french district to unveil its richness. Generally, it's the first week end of October. Also, in July there are the Melomanies, concerts of differents music in the town. A lot of activities are developped in Romilly like sports (tennis, climbing, horse ridding..). The tourism office of the town developped a tour of the city where you appreciate the architecture of the end of the 19th century. The railway station is not so far from us (100 meters) and it's easy to visit Paris for a day, or to arrive by train in Romilly sur Seine and rent a car after to explore the district.

Champagne is also the name of a famous beverage, that you will discover in typical villages and in snaking roads, where you will meet the knowledgeable wine growers who will be happy to initiate you to the secrets of Champagne... Moreover, in Champagne you always have Nature within reach, like in Sauvage, where the Mill will immerse you in the world of the fly fishing, canoeing or quietly settled on the river bank, in the shade of the trees... |
