• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one lift in the main building but not in the dependance. For the main building there are 4 floors including the groundfloor, and for the dependance there are 2 floors, including the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms in the dependance with view on the parking are really quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just one or 2 has.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have an indoor swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking behind the dependance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Troyes's airport or in Romilly.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Troyes's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Romilly Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Romilly's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  By arrangement.

  No, they can not.
