• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 11pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. We offer buffet and continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All our rooms are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do. All rooms have a private external patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning (without extra charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. There is a Wi-Fi access at the reception area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from March to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking facilities (closed at night).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Arles.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery stores are at Saintes Maries de la Mer (2 km)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nîmes or Montpellier airports (50 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arles railway station (40 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
