Restaurant: "La Régalido" menu changes every two months, according to the seasons and to the chef inspiration. Mediterranean cooking has a place of honour! Our cuisine is light and elegant, a graceful blend of local products and other Mediterranean cookings: Italy, Morrocco, Spain... "La Régalido" restaurant has been listed in the Michelin guide since 1972. Our menu includes traditional dishes such as Bouzigues mussels au gratin with spinach, jugged hare, Aigo Sau, a variation on bouillabaisse. For desserts Thomas, the chef, uses unexpected local produce: herbs, spices, tomatoes, local liqueurs, lavander... Finally "La Régalido" staff also give cookery classes for groups of 6-8 guests.

Emma's Boutique: Emma's Boutique is suffused with a romantic atmosphere. Linens, Provençal embroideries, objects picked up here and there, fragrances of times past, genuine furniture, honey, olive oil, best quality salt from Camargue, body lotions and creams, household products, wines, a host of ideas for presents... All of this will enable you to keep in your mind the memory of your stay at "La Régalido".

Additional facilities: Internet Point at the lobby, charming lounges with fireplace, parking. Small pets are welcome.

"La Régalido" is located in the quaint village of Fontvieille, few kilometres far from Arles, Maussane, St. Rémy de Provence and Avignon and the Pope's Palace, Nîmes with its arena, the Lubéron, the Camargue, and not less than seven golf courses within a distance of 20 kilometres The massif of the Alpilles stands majestically beside Fontvieille which with its pine forest is an invitation to trekking.

Fontvieille lives according to the rhythm of Provençal tradition: parades in typical cloths, camarguaise bull-runs, village fairs, the celebration days of Daudet's children, exhibitions, paintings previews, and other events, all year round.

Alphonse Daudet, French writer, well known (among other works) for its
compilation of short stories entitled "Letters from my Mill" wrote the book to speak about his idyllic stay in Fontvieille.
