• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. You can choose between buffet or continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Have a look at the pictures...
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room with French, English, German, Spanish and Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking for 12 cars is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, "La Régalido" is set in the middle of the village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Avignon 30 km. Marseille Marignane 95 km for international fly.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arles railway station (10 km). Avignon TGV (30 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets (on request/extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a very good and charming restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
