• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French,Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms have a special charm!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 5 non smoking rooms.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a TV in each room, and we have cable TV (TPS) with NBC, BBC, Euronews.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Few type 1 rooms are air-conditioned. The majority has a fan. All type 2 rooms have a fan.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not. But if you have your laptop you can use our WiFi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private garage is available on request (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Apt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Marseille Provence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is the Bouquerie stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Avignon's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are for free.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is: it is one of the must of our hotel!!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is WiFi in the premises.
