Dining The owners offer the guests a superb "table d'hôte". It means that on request they serve dinner for the guests only. A traditional meal taken in the conservatory will give you the opportunity to taste our finest and wide range of local specialities and enjoy the excellent wine from the Luberon. On the menu we have crystallized shoulder of lamb with rosemary, sauté of veal with olives, oven cooked charollais steak, provençal "daube", seasonal fruits tarts and many more suggestions for you to enjoy! |
Swimming Pool and Courtyard The pool is set in the middle of a beautiful garden with stunning view of the village of Ménerbes and the picturesque Provençal countryside. By the pool there are comfortable chaise longues and umbrellas. A dining place under the varandah is equipped with a tiled table and an external fully equipped kitchen is at guests' disposal. |

We will help you discover a wide range of activities. If you enjoy discovering the surrounding nature, 10 different hiking paths and circuits pass by the village. The local farmers market is another charming attraction not to be missed. La Bastide de Soubeyras is also very close to Ménerbes, enchating village considered one of the finest in France. Built on a hill, it is surrounded by magnificent countryside. Archeological excavations have uncovered the remains dating back to Roman times. The ancient houses have been restored while keeping the original features and strolling around its paths is truly a delight. Nicolas de Staël and Picasso both owned houses at Ménerbes and they have been joined by other famous artists, musicians, comedians and writers, all of whom own one of the farmhouses scattered around the village. Last not least we suggest our guests to visit the Lavender Museum in Coustellet and Truffle and Wine House in Ménerbes (during summer wine lovers are welcome to participate in tasting sessions and discover the secret of regional wines). The numerous caves located in the surroundings invites you to come and indulge yourself tasting Luberon wines. |
