- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, our rich breakfast made with fresh products is included in the price. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. Please note that we don't accept credit cards. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, they do. All rooms have a private external patio. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not because they are all on the ground floor but they do have a private patio. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV with Lcd screen but with French channels only. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

Yes, there is. It is open from April to October depending on weather conditions. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking available. - Where can we rent a car?

Yes, there are some grocery stores in Ménerbes (2 km far from us). - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is at Avignon (approx. 45 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is at Avignon. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is not a restaurant but the owners cook for the guests on request (table d'hote). - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
