- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, the price of the continental breakfast is not included in this price. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can make a payment whenever you want. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak english. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and because the building is classified (part of the National Heritage) we are not allowed to put an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are different and romantic! - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are. You do not need to bring your own. In the bathroom you will find complementary toiletries and a bathrobe. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No we do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No we do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a TV and mini bar in the rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms at no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
The Café can book a table for you. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have an Internet point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a public parking nearby. - Where can we rent a car?
In Aix en Provence there are rent a car companies. Ask us and we will help you find one. - Which is the nearest airport?
This is Marseilles Marignagne airport located 30 km away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we do not but we can book a taxi for you from/to the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Our hotel is located in the city center of Aix, the main stop nearby is "La Rotonde". - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Aix en Provence station just 5 minutes away. The Aix en Provence TGV station is outside the city 30 km away. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
In our rooms there are Turkish bath, in the Suite Marcel Arnaud there is also a Jacuzzy bath tub. - Are pets welcome?
Smalls pets are accepted. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is a restaurant. Our historic mansion welcomes you in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. Our chef invites you to discover his cuisine inspired by Provence, but representing dishes from all over the world in the legendary hospitality of our region.
- Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No you can not.
