By Plane: Marseille Marignane airport is only 30 minutes away from the hotel by the motorway. There is a shuttle service to/from Aix-en-Provence's bus station departing every half an hour.
By Train: (the French TGV) from Marseille, Lyon or Paris, please stop at the Aix-en-Provence TGV station (Gare TGV)and take the shuttle bus to Aix en Provence's bus station. Then, from the bus station, walk up the Avenue des Belges up until the Rotonde Place. Walk up the Cours Mirabeau until you find le Café Bastide du Cours.
By Car:
From Paris an Lyon by the A7 motorway: follow the sign Aix en Provence Ouest/Aix en Provence/Toulon/Nice and take the exit "Aix-en-Provence-Pont de l'Arc" then carry on Chemin de la Beauvalle for 100 meters. Go through the Avenue Pierre Brossolette and then arrive on the 4ème Région Aérienne round about. Carry on the Avenue des Belges, go through the Place du Général de Gaulle and turn in the Cours Mirabeau.
From Nice by the A8 motorway: exit at junction number 30 "Aix-en-Provence Fenouillères/Aix-en-Provence Pigonnet/Aix-en-Provence Encagnane" and go on Avenue Pierre Brossolette.and then arrive on the 4ème Région Aérienne round about. Carry on the Avenue des Belges, go through the Place du Général de Gaulle and turn in the Cours Mirabeau.
From Avignon and Sisteron by the RN7: enter Aix and take Avenue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny following the sign "Aix en Provence Centre". At Place Nelson Mandela, turn in Boulevard de la Republique and follow on the Avenue Napoleon Bonaparte. When you arrive on Place Général de Gaulle, turn left in Cours Mirabeau.
From Marseille: If you come from Marseille by the A51 motorway, follow the direction/signs for "Aix-en-Provence Ouest"and take the exit "Aix-en-Provence Ouest/Jas de Bouffan". Carry on the D17 and then on the Boulevard de la République. Once on the Place du Général de Gaulle turn left on the Cours Mirabeau. |
