The place was very lovely, and the staff, very pleasant and very helpful. Even though we both didn't speak the same language, nevertheless they helped us with our queries as much as possible! If you're driving, the valet assistance they provide is great, as the street it is on is very narrow, and does not allow for stopping or parking. Be aware that parking fees are at at least 20euros a day though.

Yes - it's actually situated behind the facade of the restaurant. That would make it easier to locate, as we weren't sure when we first drove past if the hotel was there.

These survey questions are more appropriate for traditional hotels and Bastide Du Cours is not a traditional hotel and does not have the typical hotel front desk. This fact could be intimidating to some travelers.However, we had a great experience.
