• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We serve a copious breakfast buffet from 8.30 to 10.30 am.
  It is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian ans English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  La Bastide de Voulonne is an 1th° century building with 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All are rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all rooms but with French channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is a large heated swimming pool open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avignon TGV railway station or at Avignon airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some grocery stores at 5 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  A lot... We are surrounded by vineyards!
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Avignon is the closest airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can provide a taxi service upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Too far!
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Avignon TGV 25 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
