The Bastide de Voulonne is sourrounded by vigneyards, cherry and almond trees. Located in the middle of the countryside, you can see the Luberon Mountain on the South and the Monts du Vaucluse on the North. It's an excellent location to discover all the most beautiful villages of the Luberon natural Park. Gordes is at 7 km, Ménerbes 5 km, Oppède le Vieux 3 km, Roussillon 12km... On Sundays, you can visit the famous Antic market of Isle sur Sorgue (12 km). |
Coming by Car:
From the A7 motorway, exit at Cavaillon or Avignon Sud. Take the D938 and then the D22 following the signs for Apt until Coustellet. You will find a crossroad, follow the signs indicating Gordes. At the next cross road, keep following signs Gordes. After 1 km, you'll see a small factory painted in white called "La Cigalette ", Turn on your right after this factory. You also have a sign (on the left side of the road) indicating La Bastide de Voulonne. La Bastide de Voulonne is located 600 meters on your left on this little road (RD 148). Do not go to the village of Cabrires, we are not inside the village!
Coming by Plane:
The nearest airport is "Avignon". We suggest our guests to rent a car and reach us driving. Take the D973(then D22)in direction Apt until Coustellet. You will find a crossroad, follow the signs indicating Gordes. At the next cross road, keep following signs Gordes. After 1 km, you'll see a small factory painted in white called "La Cigalette ", Turn on your right after this factory. You also have a sign (on the left side of the road) indicating La Bastide de Voulonne. La Bastide de Voulonne is located 600 meters on your left on this little road (RD 148). If you do not rent a car we can provide a taxi service upon request (extra charge).
