  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, it's not included and it is a buffet. You can have hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate...), fruit juices, bread and home-made viennoiserie, cereals, yoghurts (natural and fruits), cheese, fruits, boiled eggs, ham.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you can, but usually people settle on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are four floors and we do have a lift. One suite is available at the ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are very quiet and private rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have one non smoking floor.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a cable television and we propose also pay TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone with direct line to call outside or other rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning and there is no charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do have one. You just have to buy cards to use it. However the hotel has a WI FI connection (at extra charge).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not, but there is one pool in the centre.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A private and secured parking closed and supervised by cameras (one space per room) is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car from the reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Tours Saint Symphorien at 5 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is at 150 meters from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Tours at 300 meters.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome with an extra charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can if your computer has WI FI connection.
