Marie-Claude will make you some utterly delicious, traditional Provençal meals. Dishes like soupe au pistou, bouillabaisse (once a week), beignets de fleur de courgette fondant, quail conserve in fresh garlic and leg of lamb in cream. Enough to tantalise anybody's taste buds! |
The aim is a simple one: to create a warm, family atmosphere for all our guests. A stroll through its generous, sun-drenched grounds reveals Blanche-Fleur's enchanting character. Right away you'll sense the spaciousness of the site, the sumptuous swimming pool and orangery and the greenness of your environment. Marie-Claude's current project is to restore an old orange grove, turning it into a winter garden for year-round enjoyment. |

You can get married in the chapel (where Marie-Claude recently baptised her young son Numa), hold an unforgettable reception in the hall and then retire to bed, all on the same site. A complete service dedicated to making you feel right at home with all your friends and family. Since April 2002, we've been holding unforgettable events for groups of up to 250 people in our hall. Come and discover this little paradise in Provence and enjoy a walk in the superb countryside between Blanche Fleur and the hills of Châteauneuf de Gadagne. L'Isle sur la Sorgue is just nearby and is famous as a main pilgrimage for lovers of antiques everywhere, only 10 minutes from Blanche Fleur. City of art and leisure, "Papal City" Avignon and its ramparts will undoubtedly capture your heart. Capital of the Côtes du Rhône, Avignon is a creative and forward looking place. Among the many things to see are les Oléades, the olive festival in February and the Festival Jean Vilar. Saint Remy de Provence is a famous chic small town in a rural setting, St Rémy has always attracted artists and anyone who likes to live life at their own pace. At the foot of the Alpilles, the town sums up everything that's good about Provence. In July there's the 'Festival de Gospel' and 'Festival d'Organa' and in August why not see the traditional 'Feria' and the Jazz festival in the Alpilles. Deep in the "Pay d'Arles", Les Saintes Maries de la Mer is a mythical place of pilgrimage for the wild at heart is your first port of call for discovering the Camargue. |
