• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not. It is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. Please pay all extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, a bit of German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors including the ground floor and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are the same, nice and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is with some international channels: BBC World, Rai 1, Eurosport and a German channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but the whole premises are covered by WiFi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a car park opposite to the Hotel (free only from 7pm to 7am - on payment from 7am to 7 pm).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Epernay.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Paris Orly or Paris Roissy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It "Place de la poste" stop at only 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Epernay station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a sauna and 3 fitness machines.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (extra per day).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and there is WiFi everywhere.
