• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per day or per week as stated.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator, some of our flats are on the groundfloor and others are on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We try to privilege an intimate atmosphere in the whole property.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  yes they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes some have a terrace, other have a patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is satellite TV in all apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We serve French and Provencal food in our dining room. Otherwise you can all meet in your apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is. Our swimming pool fills with spring water and is naturally treated without chlorine.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes free parking is available in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The best is to rent a car when you are at the airport or if you arrive by TGV in Aix en Provence for instance.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Forcalquier.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We have the AOC Coteaux de Pierrevert around Forcalquier.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Marseille Provence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Forcalquier center.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is la Brillanne.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The whole property is equipped with WiFi to which you can connect with your laptop.
