• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm.
  Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No you cannot, the bill will be paid on checkout.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a ground level and a first floor, there is no lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The whole property is build around a greeny park so all the rooms are very quiet and are separeted by trees and bushes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditionning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Seasonal activity (from April to October).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Free private parking or private boxes (with extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the desk of the hotel.
