Profile |
The property works in a house built between the 17th and the 18th centuries; certain parts of it date as far back as medieval times. In 1995 the remains of the ruined village were turned into a bed and breakfast by Camila Régent and Pierre Jaccaud, the actual owners of the inn. However, the concept of this accommodation is quite particular, a b-art-b instead of a b&b, also known as "maison d`art": apart from the lodging facilities, the house comprises art galleries and exhibitions are held at the garden or at other common spaces. |
Chambre de Sejour has 3 double rooms and 2 apartments, the latter equipped with kitchen and a big sitting room. There are many common areas to enjoy, from the sitting room with a fireplace to the dining room and the gardens. |
The property is a really informal lodging, within a big property reaching 850 square metres. It is really easy to find in the entrance to Saignon, one of the many villages in the French Provence. This location is placed only 5 minutes from Apt, and if you rent a car you can reach other destinies in the Vaucluse region, such as Gordes, Rousillon and L`Isle-sur-le-Sorgue. |
