  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors but no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The whole hotel is quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the apartments in the dependance have a small garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have BBC and CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The ground floor (where the reception is) is equipped with WIFI.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a sauna and a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Reims or Laon.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at Sainte Preuve.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Paris.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Sainte Preuve.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Laon's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There a sauna and some gym equipments.
• Are pets welcome?
  By arrangement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is, we have a gourmet restaurant called "Les Epicuriens".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is the WIFI at the ground floor. Please take your laptop.
