• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is not included. It is a full breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors (only 1 room on the last one).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  3 Character rooms and 1 Suite have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  2 Character rooms and 1 Suite have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels (satellite)in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning (only a fan in each room).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is internet access in the lounge downstairs.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is our outside swimming pool, open between May and September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, our outside parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Bergerac or Bordeaux, at the airport or the railway.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery store in Gensac (3 minutes)and a big mall in Castillon la Bataille (15 minutes).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around!
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Bergerac at 45 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It is possible. Please ask upon reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Libourne at 25 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Castillon la Bataille at 15 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No sorry, they are no allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
