• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room, excluding breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms, especially those overlooking the Garonne, are quiet, private, romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are, in addition there are dressing gowns in all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our Junior suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a flat screen TV in all the rooms, with Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is Air conditioning in the room, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do, for free. Not only there is WIFI in the building, but we also put at the disposal of our guests a computer at the reception (when we do not use it).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the train station and the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At 5 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, at only 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Bordeaux Mérignac at only 15 min.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise this for you please ask at reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at 5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Bordeaux Saint Jean (15 min).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
