The Restaurant: Whether you prefer the hotel restaurant or in balmy weather the open-air terrace, Dominique is there to serve you the excellent cuisine of our chef Mathias, whose training was completed in some of the leading hotels. His simple yet refined culinary offerings naturally highlight the regional flavours of the South of France.

The Lounge Bar: for an aperitif, a liqueur or simply for a pleasant moment or two at the fireside, Dominque welcome you to the bar and lounge. In both room, aesthetic colour schemes and contemporary furniture combine in perfect harmony with the older setting, which includes the magnificent ceiling in the bar, the source for the name of the hotel.

The Swimming Pool: Fancy a refreshing dip, perhaps, or a lazy afternoon's sun-seeking? The swimming pool, situated in the heart of the natural greenery, is the ideal place to enjoy the peaceful beauty of the sun in a relaxed manner. And when you are ready for a little snack or refreshment, the pool house offers a variety of simple foods where, one again, the chef's talents reign supreme.

The Park: With a variety of specimen trees more than a hundred years old, the magnificent park contains regional favourites such as Magnolias alongside more exotic varieties like the palm tree or the rare ginkgo biloba tree. Covering a total of four hectares, the shady park with its beautiful fountains dotted here and there along the way, affords wonderful views in the Summer months, should you wish to take a casual stroll.

Meetings: Originally a stable house, the ground floor of The Cypress Farm now consists of two rooms, each 45 sq. m. in size. Tastefully decorated, they enclose one magnificent French ceilings and stone walls. Facing directly on to the garden or courtyard, they are bathed in light and are perfect for meetings, exhibitions or small receptions.

The Reception: A majestic stairway, sculptures, tapestries and period furniture all visible immediately on entering the hotel set the tone, portraying a warm and authentic family residence of character. Patricia and her team make every effort to ensure a smooth, hassle-free stay for all guests.

No-one passing through the area should miss a visit to Saint Remy De Provence, whence their steps will necessarily continue on to Glanum, one of the biggest archaeological sites in the south of France. Whether enjoying a guided tour, or browsing alone, a visit to the archaeological museum, located in the handsome private residence of the Sade family, is a must.

Still in the category of ancient remains, the Arc de Triomphe (dating back to 20 AD) and the Mausolée des Jules (30 to 20 BC) are absolutely astonishing. Saint Remy, also offers numerous religious edifices: monasteries, chapels, churches and more...

At Saint Remy you can also find practical amentities such as bank, post office, supermarkets, chemistry and so on. The village is plenty of cosy restaurants.
