• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in from 2 pm (or before if the room is ready).
  Check out before midday (or later on request and if possible).
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room or per apartment or suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included. We have 3 kind of breakfast: dietetique/french/continental (3 different prices of course).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes heating, service and everything is included in the price. Only local tax is extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French of course, English, Spanish, Dutch sometimes.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors with large and wide staircase and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have nice and large rooms overlooking the grounds. No view but a lot of light, some rooms have 4 windows in the corner. Each room individually decorated.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace, only one small balcony for 1 room in front of the alley on the 1st floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is only one room with a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV in each room and some suites with 2 TV. Satellite with European channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes without charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from April to November.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes nearby parking without any supplement.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No, there are not.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marseille 90 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not yet but we can organise that.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  St Remy de Provence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Avignon.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Only a free sauna but there is also the possibility on request of having a massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a very nice restaurant not fency but very good open the evening only. There is also restaurant around the pool in summer for lunch more simple and a lot of retaurants in st Remy.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Normally yes directly from your phone in the room.
