• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is a continental breakfast whith hot drink, orange juice, bread, ham, butter, croissants, fresh fruits, yogourt. It is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet and romantic bedrooms but we don't have private rooms for the restaurant.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Several rooms have a terrasse.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Three of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, and they have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking but we do not have garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Annecy.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes in Cruseilles at 6 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Geneva.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cruseilles.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint Julien en Genevois.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only small dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have Wi-Fi connection.
