- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our rates are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. Breakfast is charged extra. We serve a buffet with fresh fruits and juices, hot beverages, different bread types, viennoiserie and home made cakes, scrumble eggs, cheeses, ham and bacon, cereals and muesli, dried fruits, yoghurt, honey, marmelade and jams, butter. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill whenever you want.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French and English.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The Chateau is a historical monument and there is no elevator allowed, the rooms are spread on two floors. In the Orangerie, we have one floor with an elevator.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Each rooms is individually decorated, all different in size. Deluxe rooms in the Chateau are perhaps the most appropriate for the romantic stays, all the other rooms do not lack charm and intimacy.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not, but most of the rooms have nonetheless a nice view on the gardens and the moat. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
In the Chateau, all rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
In the Orangerie, there is TV in each room. In the Chateau, the TV is on request. We do not have yet international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all our rooms have a telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
In the Orangerie, the rooms and the restaurant are air conditioning. In the chateau, we do not have air-conditioning, but the 17th century walls are extremly well isolated, so there is very seldom a need of an extra room ventilator.
- Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
At the reception, you can use our computer connected to the ADSL. All rooms in the Orangerie have ADSL. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a parking place in front of the chateau, which is closed during the night.
- Where can we rent a car?
In Epernay or we can also arrange it for you at the hotel.
- Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there is a small store in Etoges. There are also weekly markets in Epernay and the surroundings.
- Are there vineyards nearby?
The Chateau is just at few meters from the famous Champagne vineyards. We can also arrange champagne cellar tour with tasting, in the village or in Epernay (Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon...) - Which is the nearest airport?
Paris Roissy-Charles-de Gaulle Airport & Paris Orly Airport are located at 115 kilometers away (about one hour by highway). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have a private shuttle service, but we can arrange it for you. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is in Epernay. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Epernay. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not.
- Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in rooms but not allowed in restaurant.
- Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, our gastronomical restaurant in the Orangerie is well known for the gourmet french cuisine that follows the seasons. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
