  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room, whatever the number of persons
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast is not included in the price. The buffet breakfast is made of: baguette, cereal bread, croissants, brioche, cereals, jam, honey, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice, yoghurts, etc...
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on arrival, or on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 7 floors in the building and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms are quiet, as the Ermitage is situated on a small path, on the top of a hill above Lyon.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have terraces, and some rooms have balconies.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have terraces, and some rooms have balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All the rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    The 39 rooms have wide flat screens, with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a telephone with direct dialling in every room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    The air conditionning and heating is individual in every room, with no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is an Internet point in the lobby, with access to emails.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a private parking with an extra fee.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the Part-Dieu TGV train station, or at St exupery airport, or in different places in Lyon.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    St Exupery is the nearest airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Taxis are waiting all day and night long at the airport to bring you wherever you need.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest Bus stop is on Saint Paul.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is the Part-Dieu TGV train station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is no fitness center in the Collège.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome indeed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is no restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    The whole building is wi-fi connected, but is not free of charge.
