- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes it is. Breakfast is served on the table and guests help themselves with: cheese, ham, fresh orange juices, bacon and eggs (on demand), cereals, bread, croissants, hand made jams (4 types), coffee/type/chocolate and so on... - Is heating included in the price?
Yes it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can but extras should be paid before departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There is only one floor (the ground floor) and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Each room, with its decoration differing from the others, is romantic. Yet, the Lavande room has a private, more intimate terrace. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes they are. There are also 2 bathrobes provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All our guests can use the common terraces, and the Lavande room has its own private terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No they do not as they are located on the ground floor. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
The whole house is non smoking and one can smoke in the garden. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there is, with French channels only. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes there is, for no extra cost. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes there is with our Guest Table Formula. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
The whole property is equipped with Wi-Fi. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes there is, the swimming pool is opened from the end of April to end of October. - Is parking or garage available?
Our guests can park in the property. - Where can we rent a car?
In St Maximin city center or in Aix en Provence. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes there are in Saint Maximin's town center. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes there are, with the famous wineyards of Aix en Provence, Brignoles and so on. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Marseille Marignane airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not run a service on our own, but there is a public shuttle to Aix en Provence bus station. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Saint Maximin center. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Aix en Provence station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. There is a jacuzzi/balneo bath tub in the Oiseaux de Paradis room. - Are pets welcome?
We are sorry pets are not welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We run on demand a Guest Table. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Guest can connect to the Internet using a Wi-Fi card as Wi-Fi is in the whole property.
