• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a complete buffet breakfast (bread, jam, honey, butter, viennoisery, eggs, meat, cheese, tea, coffee, milk, chococate, juce and yaourts on request).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer that the bill to be settled at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are almost situated on the main floor but some are on the first floor with terraces.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments have private entries and are all quiet as our only neighbour is the Rhone river.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments on the main floor have terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments on the first floor have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have more non smoking apartments than smoking ones.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  A phone is available with an ADSL Internet access.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no extra charge for the air conditioning in the apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet room but you can also conect your own computer from the apartment through the telephone line.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have any swimming pool but there is one in the center town not far from the residence.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can safely park your car at the Residence as we have a close parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Sevral agencies where you can rent car are situated at the TGV station or the center of town at 1,5km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Avignon, Nimes or Montpellier.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a private pickup or shuttle service from and to the Avignon airport and TGV train station only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 150m from the residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The TGV train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center but many are accessible in town.
• Are pets welcome?
  All pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. but we have a partnership with a restaurant in fron tof the Residence.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes there is an ADSL access in all the apartments.
