• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Portuguese, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There quiet and private rooms and some romantic suites.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is in most of our rooms.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a private dining room for group.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have WI FI access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an outdoor swimming pool, open in Summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available, in front of the castle, but we do not have a private garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are at about 3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Vouvray and Montlouis, at about 30 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Tours airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a shuttle, but we can arrange a taxi service, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montbazon.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montbazon.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a SPA, available at the castle.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome, free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
