  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    It is the price per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in our prices.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, we can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors. One part of the castle is available only by stairs, the other part with a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Each room is decorated with antique furnitures, some have a four poster bed: the rooms are romantic like in a real fairy tales room.
    Our castle is situated in a 140 ha park, you could meet squirrel and robin and they are the best way to describe quietness of our place.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, but a large and sunny terrace is avalaible in front of dining room.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, but large windows.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, on request
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is satellite television in each room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Some rooms are available with air conditionning, please ask when you make your booking. No extra cost is required.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we are equipped with WiFi.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, an heated outdoor swimming pool is opened from the 15 June until the 15 September.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, free parking is available, garage on request with an extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Directly at our desk office. Athe booking you can ask a car and you will find it at the station , airport or directly at the hotel. You can rent a car when you will arrive at the hotel.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    At 4 km, you will find the first city with all facilities, bank, church, supermarket and so.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Our area is wellknown for its typicall wines, Vouvray, Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur. it's possible to visit and taste wines in our cellar with a wine specialist.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    St Symphorien airport in Tours.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, sorry.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Luynes at 4 km.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Tours at 15 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, with an extra cost in the hotel but not in restaurant.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, if you ask for WIFI card at the desk office.
