• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are the ground floor and the first floor. As the castle is from the 15th century, we don't have any lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are, because all of our bedrooms are overlooking the park or leading directly to the park.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because all the castle is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There can be a TV in the bedroom, but only with French channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in bedrooms because walls are quite large, so you don't need it!
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but there is an Internet accesss through Wi-Fi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The outside swimmingpool is open from 15th of June to the 15th of September, then it depends on the wheather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A very spacious parking is available outside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you to rent a car. If you ask us, we can give phone numbers of rental car agencies around a train station if you arrive by train.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are supermarkets 5-10 minutes from here by car.(closed on sunday afternoon.)
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are many vineyards around, just 2 minutes from the castle.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Tours: 10-15 minutes from the castle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  When you are at the airport, you will find many taxis.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 20 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are 2 railway stations near the castle: Saint Pierre des Corps and Tours. They are both about 20 minutes driving from the castle.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in the property, but there are a few ones around (5-10 minutes driving)
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  If you want to surf on the Internet, you have to come down next the reception hall, and surf through Wi-Fi.
