Helen was fantastic! She even put signs up around the staircase and hallway so we wouldn't get lost going to our room.

We fell in love with the Chateau and our room. It was perfect and just what we wanted!

It is perfectly located in relation to other chateaux that we wanted to visit, plus within driving distance from Tours, which had a number of eating accommodations. Also, the owners of the wineries down the road from the Chateau were personable and nice.

It was exactly what we had imagined when thinking of staying at a chateau - the room was beautiful and its details were historical and fun. The grounds were beautiful - we had horses right outside our window. The manager Helen was friendly and helpful.

It was clear on the initial information that breakfast was 12 Euros per person, however, it was not clear that if we did not inform the owner the day before that we would not have breakfast, he charged us anyway. I would understand if he only had a few guests, however, there were 20+ people for breakfast.

It was beautiful and obvious that the owner takes great pride in his property and he should.
