We arrived later than anticipated, and well past the last seating for dinner. They not only accomadated us, but presented us a beautiful table overlooking the grounds and had the chef call us to confirm our desire for food.

Just fantastic courtesy from all front desk personnel. It was the best, by far, that we experienced during our 21 day stay in Europe.
