De no show à 1 jour 100%, de 3 jours à 1 jour 75%, de 10 à 3 jours 50%, de 30 à 10 jours 30%. Nous demandons 30% d'accompte au moment de la réservation. 30% deposit is charged upon confirmation. Penalty fee for late cancellation: 30% from 30 until 10 days, 50% from 10 until 3 days, 75% from 3 until 1 day before check in and 100% for cancellation the day before or no-show.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
