The access to reception and most of the rooms is by way of steep and narrow steps (no lift) and is definitely not suitable for less able-bodied guests ... A good budgert hotel with no frills but clean and comfortable - good value for the price

Arrived on 9.30 pm, and nobody was there. However there was a note on this in the voucher - if arrived later than 8.00 pm call receptionist. Made a call and she gave instructions how to get into the building (lock code), which room and where to find a key, that was really perfect and . ... The hotel was clean and nice with all that old styling of medieval building just in very centre of the town. The room was very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. ... There is a night club in the same building just under the room, so may be noisy when open. That was not an issue, as it was closed for the dead season. ... Very good hotel as for two stars.
