| | | Perched on the heights of Mount Cindre, the Hotel L'Ermitage is a splendid 3-star design hotel overlooking Lyon and the entire valley. Named after a medieval hermitage located nearby, this new Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or hotel lies only a short drive from the fabulous capital of the Rhône-Alpes Region.
For a unique travelling experience, impressed forever in your memory, the hotel features a number of services and facilities including two gourmet restaurants , the Cuisine-à-manger restaurant boasting a wonderful terrace and Le Tube café serving excellent light meals. The hotel also features a bar, a garden and a splendid panoramic swimming pool overlooking the valley.
For your seminars, workshop days or banquets in the French capital of gastronomy, the Hotel L'Ermitage features 5 fully-equipped meeting rooms and lounges with an original décor, accommodating from 10 to 80 persons. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout. The hotel is pet friendly.
Please note: the hotel swimming pool will be closed until April 2010 due to technical reasons.
The chefs Audrey and Victorien will be happy to welcome you in their Cuisine-à-manger restaurant, boasting elaborated menus or in their open-air café Le Tube featuring light meals served in the courtyard, under the shade of the chestnut trees. A place where the innovative and generous cuisine blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape.
The restaurants are open daily for lunch and dinner. Whenever you want, you can order an instant gourmand with coffee, tea or creamy hot chocolate, served with home-made desserts.
On request only: special menus, aperitif cocktail, picnic basket, family dinner or corporate banquet, but also wine tasting with the local oenologist.
A buffet breakfast with hot beverages, fresh orange juice, cold cuts, cheese, pastries and different kinds of breads is served each morning in the Cuisine-à-manger restaurant, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. until midday at the weekend.
