• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, our rates are per room, all taxes and charges included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, German, Italian languages.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors (the lift goes to the 4 th floor and stairs to the 5 th floor).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have cosy and quiet rooms. We have 1 romantic room with four-poster bed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we just have 1 room with a balcony and view over the Cathedral.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking. In case we have a smoking guest, he/she may smoke outside at any entrance of the hotel where ashtray are set.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a flat screen (cable).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all our rooms have air conditioning (no charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All our rooms have a free internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are 2 car parks closed our hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at the train station and we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Strasbourg International Airport at 20 mn by car from the center.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle but we can order a taxi for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus-stop and tram-stop are both at 50 meters from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Train station in Strasbourg, 7 minutes by tram. 15 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed for an extra cost.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can suggest you a lot of typical alsatian restaurants close to our hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have a modem in each room for no charge.
