• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. We serve a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 1 floor and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, silence and romanticism are the main advantages of our property!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all rooms only with the TNT channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is in some rooms that particularly need ventilating. Other rooms do not have air conditioning as they do not need.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Bordeaux airport or at the train station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No, they are not.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around!
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Bordeaux Merignac airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do please ask on reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Rauzan.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Libourne and Saint Emilion.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not. We only have a swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
