• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 10pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are quotes per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but we thank you to pay all extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, including the ground floor. Note that the rooms on the 4th floor have mansard roofs. There is not lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are private and romatic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is LCD Sat. TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Epernay.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Reims Prunay (it is only an aerodrome) or Paris Airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Avenue de Champagne.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Epernay.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is ADSL connection in the rooms.
