• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We need a deposit to confirm the booking, and then you can pay whenever.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, we have an outdoor heated swimming pool, open all year round.

  We have a private outdoor parking behind the hotel.

  Geneva, 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have no private shuttle service but we can book a taxi for you.

  Chamonix Mont Blanc.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chamonix Mont Blanc.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with the land line.
