- At what time can we check-in and out?
Double Room Standard, Double Room Single Use: Check-in from 3pm, Check-out before midday.
Apartment Standard, Apartment Villa,2-bedroom, Apartment Villa,3-bedroom: In long stay (min. 7 nights), check-in from 5pm and check-out before 10 am (arrival every day according to our avaibilities except from 12/07 to 23/08: arrival on saturday) In short stay (min. 2 nights) check-in from 3pm and check-out before 3 pm (arrival every day according to our avaibilities). No short stays from 12/07 to 23/08. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our rates are per room. Apartments and villas rates are per apartment and villa. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, breakfast is charged extra. We serve a buffet with fresh fruits and juices, hot beverages, different bread types and viennoiseries, cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, yoghurt, cottage milk, honey, jams, butter. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, as we ask full prepaiment of your stay. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors and we have a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have 57 rooms and 2 junior suites all decorated in a regional decor. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, every rooms, apartments and villas have a TV with the cable. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all our rooms, apartments and villas have a telephone with direct dialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Our hotel offers a WiFi service, so our guests can connect their pc wherever they want from rooms, bar, restaurant and reception. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Our outdoor pool is opened from may to september. the indoor swimming pool is opened everyday from 2.45 pm to 6.45 pm and sunday from 10am to 1 pm and from 2.45pm to 6.45pm for hotel's guests (bath cap obligatory). - Is parking or garage available?
We have a parking lot. - Where can we rent a car?

The Ocean and its beaches are to 3 kms away. - Is the beach private or public?
Beaches are public. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have a Spa center directly linked to the hotel and equipped with an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, hammam, aromatherapy room and infusions bar. We propose a wide range of packages to give yourself a relaxing break: all inclusive packages, a la carte treatments, beautycare... - Are pets welcome?
Yes and it is charged extra. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, in our restaurant l'Authentique, the Chef offer several dishes which may be enjoyed with wine from our cave. As soon as the warmer weather arrives, the restaurant opens its terrace looking into the pool and the horse riding centre. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
We have a WiFi connection in the whole hotel.
