• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our rich buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet and romantic and given that they are individually decorated you have to try each of them! Some rooms have also canopied bed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, three rooms do have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking nearby. Off-street parking available nights and Sundays.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Next door there is a car rental office.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marseille Provence Airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there are daily shuttle buses (every 45 min) leading to Aix en Provence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Aix-en-Provence, 50 meters far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a private fitness centre nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is full of dining facilities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
