We visited more than 8 cities in Europe on this trip and I can say this hotel is the best.
Very friendly staff, nice, clean big rooms., and close to the tram station. They even have a fridge where you can buy a grocery from the supermarket which is 2 blocks away from the hotel and keep it in the fridge.
We had a dinner in the restaurant, we ordered daily plate and fondue, looking at the huge portion we ask the waiter to cancel our second order, to our surprise he told us that he kept it on hold as he anticipated that we won’t be able to have both. Wow this is what I call it good, genuine customer service. I will defiantly go back.
By the way when I booked this hotel I trusted the reviews that were posted on the website.
