• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price does not include our buffet brekfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The is one floor and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are different regarding decoration yet the rooms on the first floor are very cosy.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our ground floor rooms have a patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some on the first floor have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is. We are at the moment equipping the hotel with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No at the moment we have not.In some rooms though there is a fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is. It is open when the weather allows it.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes parking is free of charge in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  in Arles.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You will need to go to Arles at 3 kms.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are Chateau d'Estoublon wineyards at 10 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Nimes Garons.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Arles center.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Arles's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes of course they are (extra charge)
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is serving dinner only. (light meals box served on lunch time in summer).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms are equipped with ADSL and it is free of charge. Guests need to bring their own cable to connect their laptop to the network.
