 Since its purchase in 2000 by First Choice, the hotel has benefited from interior redecoration in the purest Austrian-chalet style. In addition, a swimming pool with hot tub was installed in 2001; this has since been supplemented by the Kanebo wellness centre. Pietro Fiori, an Italian chef who previously worked at a five-star hotel in Porto Cevro, Sardinia, proposes a very open-minded range of gastronomic cuisine, which each day surprises the most delicate of tastebuds. |
