The FitzRoy also offers a culinary experience to remember, courtesy of the talented Yoann Conte, a Michelin-starred chef who has an infectious passion for his work. At the hotel the 31-year-old, who has honed his skills alongside top names in the profession such as Marc Veyrat, Didier Audill and Laurent Petit, offers three venues: a terrace renowned for its seafood buffet; a gastronomic restaurant, La Salle du Roi; and a brasserie.

Customers can thus keep track of the artist's inspirations through menus of wide-ranging culinary pleasures - light seasonal recipes, cosmopolitan inspirations, and other dishes rooted in Savoyard tradition. All in all, Conte's offerings are humble yet the essence of refinement - like the mountain-loving chef himself.

The hotel boast restyled interiors that pay the greatest respect to Savoyard culture, and a fully refurbished ski room. Lastly, the mountain idyll is rounded off by the new spa (with Japanese body care provided by Kanebo), the sauna, the swimming pool, the fitness room, and the hydrotherapy sessions on offer.
