The Fitz Roy is located in Val Thorens, which at 2,300 metres altitude is Europe's highest resort, opens onto a site including six glaciers and eight peaks - all of them equipped for skiing - at over 3,000 metres. |
By Car:
From Paris, please take the A6 and drive down to Lyon. From there, take the A43 to Chambéry and exit at Albertville. Once you are in Albertville, please follow the national road RN90 to Moutiers. From there please follow the direction to Val Thorens, at about 35km. Once in the resort, please follow the signs to the hotel.
By Train:
The closest station is Moutiers's. Transavoie's buses are running buses from the station to Val Thorens. A transfer by taxi is also possible. We can also organise your taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel.
By Plane:
The closest airport is Lyon's and Geneva's, and transportation to Val Thorens is possible via train and taxi (Lyon: Satolas TGV station). Chambéry/Aix les Bains is a more national-regional airport. All airports are reachable by taxi. |
